Plan, write, publish. Every day.
You'll own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, write the copy, and stay close to our community, alongside the Marketing Lead.
Where our teachers are
We connect classrooms so students solve real problems together.
We connect classrooms in 190+ countries to run real projects on global challenges. It's free for teachers, and we work with the likes of Save the Children and the LEGO Foundation.
Social is where teachers meet us first. That's your job. Your posts reach teachers in every one of those countries, and they are how classrooms find each other.
Run the channels.
You work with the Marketing Lead to bring our social strategy to life.
Hands-on, mostly planning, writing and publishing. You build the monthly calendar, write copy that sounds like us, and keep close to the teachers who reply. Some days it's a campaign launch, some days it's cutting one good clip three different ways.
Experience running channels.
We care far more about a channel you actually grew than the size of the brand you grew it for. What matters is a good ear for voice and that you bring ideas, not just posts. Here's the kit:
You don't need a viral hit. You need a channel that grew.
None of these are requirements, and we're glad to back you while you pick them up.
Remote, close, and quick.
This role is based in Peru, and it is fully remote. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead, with real ownership of the channels, quick feedback, and ideas that get tried, modern AI-forward tools, and room to grow.
The deal.
This role has been filled.
Thank you to everyone who applied.
We are no longer taking applications for the Community Manager role. We keep this page as a record of how we described it. If you would still like to work with Class2Class, introduce yourself and tell us what you would want to build.
