About Class2Class

We connect classrooms so students solve real problems together.

We connect classrooms in 190+ countries to run real projects on global challenges. It's free for teachers, and we work with the likes of Save the Children and the LEGO Foundation.

How the platform feels decides whether a teacher finishes a project. That's your job.

The role

Make it make sense.

You work with the Tech Lead to shape how the platform looks, feels and behaves for the teachers and students who use it every day.

Hands-on product design with a strong focus on visual craft: thoughtful hierarchy, colour, typography and the small interactions that make an interface feel intuitive and delightful. You talk to real users, understand where they struggle, and turn that empathy into clear flows and polished screens. Some days it's a new feature, some days it's refining the details of an existing one.

Day to day
Who we're looking for

Creative. Empathetic. Attentive.

You care about how an experience looks and feels, as well as whether it solves the right problem. You have a strong visual eye, notice the small details, and listen closely to teachers and students. Research helps you understand people; your creativity brings that understanding to life. Here's the kit:

Show us your eye for detail. And the thinking behind it.

Nice to have

None of these are requirements, and we're glad to back you while you pick them up.

How we work

Remote, close to the build.

This role is based in Peru, and it is fully remote. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead, which is where designs actually get built, so you'll get quick feedback and see your work ship, modern AI-forward tools, and real influence on what we make next.

What you'll get

The deal.

Your designs reach 190+ countries.

You'll design for real classrooms around the world, test with the teachers using it, and see your work in front of them within weeks.

How to apply

Show us your craft.
And how you think.

Share your CV or LinkedIn and a portfolio that shows your visual craft and design process, from understanding the user to the finished interface.

First, the basics.

Remember, this position is for people based in Peru only.

Tell us who you are.
We need a valid email to reach you.

Who you are, why you'd like to join Class2Class, and any links that best represent your work (LinkedIn, Behance, a personal site).

Show us polished interfaces and the process behind them: what you learned from users, your visual decisions, and the details you refined. Behance, Dribbble, Notion, a personal site, or a Drive folder.

What you learned from users, how you improved the visual design and interactions, and why those details made the experience better.

Last, a couple of extras. Optional where noted.

One last thing, before you go.

Just so we're on the same page: what's your salary expectation, and when could you start?

Add the monthly range you are looking for.
Let us know when you could start.

PDF or Word, up to 8 MB. Optional, your work matters more than a résumé.
