Find the friction. Design it.

UX for the teachers and students who use the platform daily. Research, flows, prototypes, and a Tech Lead who builds them.

Where our teachers are

About Class2Class

We connect classrooms so students solve real problems together.

We connect classrooms in 190+ countries to run real projects on global challenges. It's free for teachers, and we work with the likes of Save the Children and the LEGO Foundation.

How the platform feels decides whether a teacher finishes a project. That's your job.

The role

Make it make sense.

You work with the Tech Lead to shape how the platform feels for the teachers and students who use it every day.

Hands-on, mostly research, flows and prototypes. You follow how people actually move through the platform, find where they stall, and turn that into wireframes we can build. Some days it's a whole new flow, some days it's the one button nobody can find.

Day to day
Who we're looking for

Curious. Rigorous. Fast.

We value how you think over where you trained. What matters is that you can find the real problem and show your reasoning on the way to a fix. Here's the kit:

You don't need a famous portfolio. You need to show your thinking.

Nice to have

None of these are requirements, and we're glad to back you while you pick them up.

How we work

Remote, close to the build.

This role is based in Peru, and it is fully remote. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead, which is where designs actually get built, so you'll get quick feedback and see your work ship, modern AI-forward tools, and real influence on what we make next.

What you'll get

The deal.

Your designs reach 190+ countries.

You'll design for real classrooms around the world, test with the teachers using it, and see your work in front of them within weeks.

How to apply

Show us your thinking.
And a bit about you.

Tell us about yourself, why you'd like to work at Class2Class, and show us the work you're most proud of.

First, the basics.

Remember, this position is for people based in Peru only.

Tell us who you are.
We need a valid email to reach you.

Who you are, why you'd like to join Class2Class, and any links that best represent your work (LinkedIn, Behance, a personal site).

The one link that best shows how you work, not just the final screens. Behance, Dribbble, Notion, a personal site, or a Drive folder.

What you noticed, what you changed, and how you knew it worked.

Last, a couple of extras. Optional where noted.

One last thing, before you go.

Just so we're on the same page: what's your salary expectation, and when could you start?

Add the monthly range you are looking for.
Let us know when you could start.

PDF or Word, up to 8 MB. Optional, your work matters more than a résumé.
