Project Overview

“Class2Class Climate Chats” is an innovative student-led podcast project initiated by 7th graders at Rocky Hill Country Day School in the United States. Under the guidance of teacher Kellie Mason, students connected with peers from six countries to explore the global impacts of climate change, fostering international understanding and environmental awareness.

Key Achievements

  • Global Collaboration: Conducted interviews with students from Argentina, Tunisia, Brazil, Bulgaria, India, and Bangladesh.
  • Multimedia Production: Created a series of podcast episodes featuring insights from international peers.
  • Digital Literacy: Learned and applied audio editing skills to produce professional-quality content.
  • Web Presence: Developed a dedicated website to host and share their podcast series.
