How to Enroll My Students
Now that you understand the benefits of enrolling your students on Class2Class.org, let’s walk through the simple steps to get them started on their global learning journey.
Navigate to the “My Students” section and click on the “Invite Students” button.
Choose one of 3 options to invite your students:
Option A: Invite them by adding their email addresses. We recommend using school email addresses if available, but personal email addresses can also be used.
Option B: Share a unique registration link with your class, allowing them to register on the platform as your students.
Option C: Download a unique registration QR code that you can share as an image or project in your classroom for your students to scan and join.
Track your invited students in the “Invited” section. Once your students register on the platform, they will appear in the “Students” section.
Important Considerations:
- Encourage your students to complete their profiles after registering, as this will help them connect more easily with other students on the platform.
- Ensure that you invite your students from the “My Students” section, as this is the only way for the platform to identify them as your students and make future organization easier.
What to Avoid:
- Do not send a registration link as a teacher profile. Direct registration through the platform is only allowed for teachers; students must be invited by their teacher from the “My Students” section.
- Only invite students who are in your class. Sharing the invitation with students who are not yours will result in them being registered under your user, making it difficult for other teachers to add them to their classrooms in the future.
Creating Classes with Registered Students
Once your students have registered on Class2Class.org, you can easily organize them into classes. There are two options for creating a class:
Option 1: Go to “My Students,” select the students who will be part of your class, and click on “Create Class.”
Option 2: Navigate to the “Classes” tab and click on the “Create Class” button.
Fill in a short form with key information (see image below). When you are finished, click on “Create”
After creating a class, it will be listed in the “Classes” section. From there, you can view information about your class, see the projects completed with that group, and add or remove students as needed.
